Van System Installation Agreement
Please read through all the information below, then complete the agreement form to indicate you have read and agree to these terms prior to your vehicle arriving at our Ilkeston workshop.
Prior to Arrival
1. Installation Deposit
A deposit is required for all installations or refits; this is to be paid at the point of booking a date. A date discussed is not confirmed until a deposit is held. Deposits are non-refundable and only transferable at the manager’s discretion providing adequate (over 7 days) notice is provided.
2. Empty Van & Equipment Storage
Please ensure your van is empty of any equipment prior to arrival. This includes any cleaning equipment, reels, and water fed poles. Xline Systems will not be held responsible for goods that have to be removed from the vehicle prior to installation taking place; any property left onsite is to be returned at your expense.
3. Ply Lined Floors & Speed Lining Preparation
Any existing wooden or plastic flooring not being kept needs to be removed prior to arriving with us. Should Xline Systems have to remove flooring on your behalf, a £50 labour charge will be incurred plus a £50 surcharge for waste disposal.
4. Fuel / Battery Charge for Speed Lining Service
Please ensure there is an adequate amount of fuel/battery charge in the vehicle for travel if lining has been agreed (minimum 1/3 tank of fuel or half battery on electric vehicles). Insufficient fuel/charge can result in delays and refuelling charges.
Installation Day
5. Arrival Time (8:15am) & Fitting Preferences
On the day of installation please arrive onsite (Unit 1, The Poplars, Long Eaton, NG10 2FS) by 8:15am. Your vehicle will be inspected by a technician. If you would like your machine or reels fixed in a particular location, please show the fitting technician on the morning of drop-off.
6. Payment Before Release
The installation/refit must be paid for in full before the vehicle leaves the premises. Please note a maximum of £1,000 can be accepted on the card terminal via Chip & PIN; all balances in excess of this must be settled by bank transfer (quoting your invoice number).

Showroom Waiting Area: Television, Xbox, Wi-Fi, and complimentary refreshments onsite.
Nottingham / Derby: Both city centres are a 20-minute taxi or train ride from Ilkeston station.
Erewash Valley Golf Club: Stanton by Dale, Ilkeston DE7 4QR (5-minute taxi).
