Administrators and Shop Managers at Xline Systems Ltd have access to order and customer information to fulfil orders, schedule workshop installations, process refunds, and support you. We share required consignment details with our logistics partners (such as DPD, Palletways, DHL, UPS, and Royal Mail) strictly to fulfil deliveries. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
To assist you during address entry, your browser queries public postal verification endpoints (postcodes.io for UK addresses, supported by UK Open Data, and Zippopotam.us for international postal codes) solely to convert entered postal codes into administrative towns and regions. No names, street numbers, or personal identifying credentials are transmitted to these lookup endpoints.
