2,000 GPD Static Auto Flush + DI Saver Filter System - Wall Mounted

This fully automated static pure water filtration system will produce 1,000's of litres of pure water every day. You have the option of plugging a 240v booster pump into the unit which will then turn the booster on/off as and when required. You can programme the system to fill by the press of a button, or on demand which will keep your holding tank always topped up.

This system offers the lowest running costs on the market due to the Auto Flush & DI-Saver technology, which essentially flushes and cleans the R/O membrane every hour as well as making sure we only pass low TDS water into the resin vessel after the flush cycle.

The essential parts to maintaining the lifespan of your filters, which reduces your running costs is the following:

  1. Feed the R/O membrane with high water pressure (>60psi) with the use of a booster pump

  2. Flush (clean) the R/O membrane as often as possible

  3. Not to spike the resin inside the D/I vessel with higher TDS while the R/O settles after a flush cycle

This System Includes:

  • 4-Stage Reverse Osmosis 2,000 GPD Filters

    • 2x 20\" Pre-Filters - Black Housings

    • 1x 40\" Low Pressure R/O Membrane

    • Carbon Fibre Wrapped Stainless Steel Membrane Housing

    • 11 Litre D/I Resin Vessel - Quick Release Ports - Black Vessel

  • 240v Digital Booster Pump Controller

  • Auto Flush, Fill & Auto Stop Module

  • DI-Saver Module

  • 12v Float Switch - Will need to be installed into your water tank

  • Wall Hanging Filter Plate (D/I Vessel stored on floor)

Detailed Description & Technical Specifications

Xline Bulk water production R/O filtration systems are available in a variety of different options from manually operated units through to the most sophisticated automated systems in the world. Each model is available in two different production outputs 2000 which is a single 40” membrane or 4000 that has 2 x 40” membranes offering a choice for those that want larger volumes of water production. Either system is available on a steel powder coated wall mounted bracket with free standing resin vessel or as a vertically mounted unit on an aluminium frame. All models use the same 20” sediment and carbon block pre filters with a choice of either 11ltr or 25ltr resin vessels.

STATIC AFF-DI-TDS

2000 / 4000 Static Mains AFF+DI / TDS Stop/FLOW (Auto Flush & Fill with Booster Control + D/I Saver With intelligent TDS reading and real time flow regulator)

  • Pure water production,

2000 between 180 to 220 litres per hour not pumped (based on 6 bar of pressure) 250 to 400 litres with booster pump (based on 10 bar pressure)

4000 between 240 to 280 litres per hour not pumped (based on 6 bar of pressure) 280 to 310 litres with booster pump (based on 10 bar pressure)

  • Mains operated,

Plugs directly into 230v Mains socket.

  • Booster Pump control,

230v mains socket outlet allowing you to plug a mains booster pump. There are two benefits using a booster pump: Increasing water production and increasing water pressure (for those with low mains water pressure protecting the membrane from fouling and increasing membrane life). This intelligent socket will switch off the pump when the system is doing its flush cycle and will also shut the pump off when the tank is full.

  • 2 x Automatic flushing functions

The automatic flushing function flushes water across the R/O membrane pronging life of the R/O membrane

-Can set the flush cycle to do an initial 5 minute flush prior to filling then a 40 second flush cycle every hour.

-Can set the flush cycle to do a 5 minute flush prior to filling with no hourly flush.

  • Flush Button

Allows you to do an instant flush at any point when filling

  • The Fill on Demand Auto Fill Function,

To constantly fill the water storage tank, working in conjunction with the electronic float level switch automatically topping up the water tank when water is taken. This function allows you to leave a mains water supply constantly connected to keep the water tank topped up at all times.

  • Electronic water shut off

When the float level switch is activated in the water tank no water will flow through the system until water is removed from the tank and the system begins its water cycle once more preventing the tank from overflowing.

  • D/I Saver

When the Reverse Osmosis Membrane is flushing some higher value TDS water can travel through your resin media (D/I) putting greater strain on the resin and exhausting it quicker. What the D/I saver will do is stop this higher value water Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) from travelling through the resin media prolonging the life, making the system more economical to run.

Key benefits of using a static system

  • Mass water production, Static systems are designed for continuous water production allowing you to produce and store large volumes of water at any one time.
  • Only one filtration system, reducing downtime of your fleet when maintenance is required such as changing filters.
  • Water quality, meaning you able to monitor the water quality used by your employees, having peace of mind that they are using the best water possible, ultra-pure water.
  • Rapid tank filling, Vehicles with filtration systems on board need to be stationary for long periods of time when filling and need a water supply nearby. This great option enables you to transfer water quickly from your static tank/s to your vehicle in a matter of minutes reducing the time your vehicle is stationary.
  • Vehicle running costs / Small van or Car, For those that work out of a car using backpacks or portable trolley systems then a static system is ideal. For those that don’t want to drive a larger vehicle due to its size or want to benefit from cheaper insurance and lower running costs then a static system could be a perfect solution. As smaller tanks can be installed in the van and can be filled multiple times throughout the day as pure water can be transferred quickly from one tank to another.
