R/O Auto Flush & Fill Van Filter Add-On System

Extends the lifespan of your Reverse Osmosis Membrane, fully automates the filtration process & cuts the water off when your water tank is full.

By flushing water over the R/O membrane at periodic intervals, it helps to stop the R/O membrane from getting blocked. Over time this will reduce your running costs by increasing the lifespan & performance of the R/O membrane and reducing the number of resin changes.

Installation:

This electronic automation system is designed to be connected to a van mounted RO/DI filtration system. The v16 controller & flush box will be supplied pre-wired together, you will need to connect the V16 controller to an existing 12v water pump and supply 12v power to the controller. You will also need to pipe the flush box to your Pre-Filters & pass the waste R/O water through the flush box and pipe this out of the van (so you can drain off the waste water).

You will also need to install an electronic float switch into your water tank and connect this to the V16 controller wiring loom, this tells the controller if the tank is full or not.

Operation:

The V16 controller can be used as normal to control a 12v water pump, allowing you control over the water flow and pressure switch detection. You also have a number of settings you can control within the controller allowing you to customise the automated filtration options.

You can set the system to only start filling when you tell it to start (simply by pressing 2 buttons on the controller), or you can set the system to automatically start if it detects the water tank is no longer full. You can also control the Auto Flush intervals and duration.

We advise that you install an overflow pipe above the electronic float switch in the water tank, this would only ever need to be used in the event of a failure within the Auto-Stop system.
